since i have a gtx 650 ti boost already and the poor thing is being bottlenecked by the other components, i'll upgrade the rest and after that i'll get another boost and slap it in there for sli at that point i'll have to change my psu as well since it only has 1 six pin connector [650 watt]
if you guys have a different idea [especially if it's gonna be intel] around the same price point, plz do let me know
kindest regards, Falc0nPuls3

my friend i said gtx 650 ti boost not ti :D plz read properly <3 ... i already got a reply on yahoo from someone saying that the motherboard doesn't support sli ... i'm like what, do they even read ?!
The mobo supports sli but not fully 2 cards will run @ x8 x8 and not x16 x16 because it has a 970 chipset not a 990FX chipset.
The fx-6300 will be ok for that mobo but if you whant a 8 core cpu you will whant a better mobo (failure prone VRM design on it + it only has a 4+1power phase) the 8 core will need some better vrm's if you dont whant throttleing or the vrm's melting.
MSI then selfs confirmed that 8-cores exceed the safe limits of this board.
I would go with the Asus 990fx evo and the 8320 if you can. The 650ti boost can be run in sli. Other wise the Asus M5A97 r2.0 and a 6300 would be good too.
pcie in sli runs at x16 and x8 ... according to msi ... so what are your suggestions guys ?! i mean if it's gonna cost £100 for a motherboard then why go AMD ?!
The first slot will run at x16 IF the x8 slot is not populated........... you need a 990FX mobo if you whant 2 x16 slots to run at full speed in sli or crossfire
