Is this a decent build?

Hello there. I am making that great switch over to the PC gaming from my Xbox. I plan to purchase this right after Christmas, and will probably have around 1,500 to 1,600 dollars. I was wondering how good these parts are and wether I should get some different ones. I was also wanting case, keyboard, ssd, and MOBO recomendations.

A good full tower case

Recomend a good ssd, min 128gb

if you want a mechanical keyboard i have some suggestions

CM storm trigger

logitec G710+ (my favorite)

I'd go with the AMD 7970 over the GTX670, but its up to you.

if you want to overclock you need an aftermarket cooler (Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO is a good one).

for SSD the Plextor m5Pro is the fastest one out there right now, though i'd go for an ADATA SX900.

for MOBO go with the AsRock Extreme4 Z77, best for the price, tons of good reviews, cant go wrong.

Whats the difference in the 670 and the 7970?

the 7970 performs better, after the recent driver update the 7970 is about as good as a 680...

the Sapphire Dual-x 7970 is a good one, if you can find it for around the same price (should be easy).
