Is there Smart window resizing program?

Basically I am looking for the functionality that resembles LG screen split 2. When you resize a window, instead of overlapping they will resize to fill the screen.

Check out tiling window managers and dynamic window managers. For example i3, awesome and dwm.

Yes but pretty much only in linux.

Windows does have some too like bug.n but I am assuming we are thinking for Linux here since the thread has the Linux tag.

I have seen this done on Tiling Window Managers and DWM’s. Someone somewhere might have added this to a DE like GNOME or KDE, but that would require research.

Another Windows option would be splitting in DisplayFusion.
