i was looking on amazon for a portable headphone amp/dac also a battery pack for my phone. on the amp/dac id like to use it for both my pc and phone. and this is the closest thing i could find. i dont need to have the battery pack built in. my budget is under a $100 (US) i am new to the audio world so i dont understand much about it really. i do know i'd like a neutral amp/dac.
