Is there an ATX case similar to the HAF Stacker?

ATM I’m looking at making space well used. The HAF Stacker always appealed to me for that reason. Have my dev machine on top of my crap machine on top of a mac pro I moved into a better case etcetcetc.

I have been seeing people shit on the case recently, which really annoys me. Because, to me for my space constraints, that thing is godly. Its not a christmas tree case that will shatter when you move house.

So. Is there any case out there that is designed the same way?

You can stack the Thermaltake Core cases. They’re on the wider side, though, as the mobo is on a horizontal tray.

Ah. No I’m after a flatbed style case. Or multiple.

Maybe I can get linus to sell me the 6 he has in storage.

I’m not sure I understand.

Mounted on the floor of the case?

The HAF stacker is a flatbed case. Like a server case.

I’ll look into that Core Case, see if its too big or whatnot.

I wonder what cases exist in this marketspace.

Ah, you want the small cases, not the big one. Gotcha.
Even the smallest ones of the Core series have the mobo on a separate tray somewhere in the middle with the PSU under it.

Stackable? Not much, it seems.

That kinda sucks.

Though if anyone is more niche than me they’re Frederick himself.

The Core 500 is good for stacking ITX systems. It’s made by Fractal Design.

Core 500 not so much, as the buttons and USB ports are on the top and would be inaccessible when stacked (unless @FaunCB is intending on running the systems 24/7 an not using the front USB ports).

24/7 yes, but I need the USB ports.

Then the Node 304, which is popular with some DevOps people:

Does it have rubber feet? Would it slide around?

Yup, has rubber padding at the bottom:

Hmmm. I still like the stacker because it locks into place. No accidental bump and everything flies.

I’ll look into these cases though thanks.

Are you looking for something like the Silverstone GD07B/GD08B/GD09B? All IO is front or rear and air intakes are on the sides. The tops are solid and they have feet.

I don’t know of any case currently on the market that interlocks.

I’m mostly looking for suggestions. So anything counts for now :3

Well, there is the CoreV21, that is mATX, and I’m not 100% sure but I think the Core V1, the ITX case is the same thing…
