I am Regularly visiting the dietitian and she suggest me to replace junk food and energy drinks with the smoothies What you guys think What are the main Reason for the Extra fat.

I wouldn't say most gamers consume excess fat. Most of the gamers I'm friends with are athletic and healthy. I do agree that a portion of gamers may live unhealthy lifestyles but generalising that most people who like gaming are unhealthy is incorrect and ignorant.

A better strategy would be to eat vegetables, whole foods, lean meat, etc to deprive the desire to eat unhealthy foods. If you really struggle with maintaining a healthy diet though, smoothies can be an intermediary food to ease the transition to proper eating.

Maintaining a healthy diet is very difficult for those that have only ever eaten food that simply tastes good. Consistent exercise, eating vegetables daily, drinking lots of water and sleeping often are fundamental steps to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In a good smoothie, you will need to ween yourself off the sweets. An example would be one of my favorite smoothies: Kale, ginger, walnuts, spinach, and celery. Add a teaspoon of honey if needed. :)
a good smoothie always has fruit in it, usually I avoid milks replacements I use water instead (sometimes they work well.) I never understand the idea of gaming food must be junk food. I personally would have a regular meal and never eat until it is my meal time again. I would drink plain water and at most, isotonic drinks or bottled red tea.
Junk food + Energy drinks is the definite way to get fat, energy drinks provide a lot of calories which are used for energies. If those energy are not spent, they are guaranteed to turn to fats.
Overeating - If you eat a lot of vegetables, I don't see how you gonna get fat from that.
Laziness - Partly
Overgaming - Partly
My advice, just take a bit of time off your computer or console, go out and have a jog, cut down on your food intake. It is not that hard to exercise, the challenge is definitely food intake.
LOL, but this is no joking matter for USA. At least in my country is only a minority does that. AFAIK, gamers in my country only snacks when watching Esports event.
Making them yourself can be good. But just buying smoothies is really bad.
One of the things that gets people all the time us 0%Fat. This is a myth. Food that is 0% Fat is almost always packed with sugar. Sugar you eat gets broken down very quickly and passed into blood for processing in the liver.
I healthy foods there is fiber to slow down the digestion and extraction process as we cannot break fiber down in our digestive system. So all your calories and sugars are locked up in fiber and as you digest the food the sugars and calories get broken down slowly.
This way your body can deal with the food and manage it. With processed and 0% Fat foods the sugar hits the liver and the liver goes into panic. It quickly processes the excess sugar and you get that sugar rush. The rest cannot be used so to save itself the liver just converts it to fat for storage.
The downside is the human body is not usually trained to run on fat in the vast population. So we get accustomed to running in sugars. The excess is never used and the fat increases.
Energy drinks are a huge mistake.
Smoothies can be good but you have to select good ingredients. Other wise you can be just as bad if not worse.
