I was just wondering because i plan on buying one, it doesn't look like it's expandable but if i don't ask i wont learn.
I dont think it is but I heard that the swiftech 220 is but hopfully some one that knows more about water cooling can help.
I did look for one of them but i don't think they make them anymore. Thanks for the help though.
What do you mean by expandable? If you mean adding more fans, then yes. If you mean changing around pumps, coolant, etc. then no. You'd have ot buy a custom water loop for that.
There are actually a couple of expandable Prefilled loops.
the h110 and all other corsair closed loop coolers are not expandable out of the box. they require a fair amount of modding in order to more radiators. once unsealed, you will void the warranty and, trust me, it would be more trouble than its worth to fill it up and re-seal the entire cooler.
the easiest all-in-one closed loop cooler to expand would be the cooler master eisberg. but it is quite expansive.

There is a good reason why those coolers are expensive. They use full copper radiators and a pump on waterblock unit that could feed 2 480mm radiators and a 240mm radiator without trying. Those pumps flow 400 Liters per hour, thats more than your average performance car fuel pump uses to dump gasoline into an engine.
