Is the amd shockwave a good starter gaming pc?

so for a while I've been thinking of getting a gaming pc and on a website (palicomp) I found a pc and its reviews are good but I still don't know if it is good enough to spend money on I have been a console gamer all my life so I sadly don't know a lot about pc specs here is the link I used for it https://www.palicomp.co.uk/AMD-Shockwave-KAV2 thanks for reading and any support

its £499.99 in the uk

It's not bad, but you can do better for the price by building yourself, don't know if you are comfortable doing so but TS has some easy to follow videos about building.
Have you seen the kill your console series?
They are a bit old but provide a good base.
I can't put a build together right now but I am sure someone will chime in.

thanks I was watching one earlier its how I found this forum

Very good, always good to keep an eye on upgrades. And something new is always around the corner, I agonized before going 8350 but it is serving me just fine now.
I think it would be easier to get a copy of window, at least from a cheap CD key store even though it is a bit risky.

Wow £500 pc with gtx 1080 for only £500 more...
