so i want to buy the 760 soon and i was wondering if buying the EVGA superclock was worth it besides just having my own overclock on a stock EVGA card?

Overclock it yourself.
Overclocking it yourself is always better. Don't pay more for something that you can easily do yourself. Theonly reason I bought a "Boost" edition of my 7950, was because it was on sale for cheaper than the original.
