Is Steamroller On AM3+?

Hi people :)

I was wondering if you know anything more about Steamroller. Like if it will be on am3+ or not?

People keep quoting this arcticle, but no one seems to know anything for sure:

Because if it is going to be on a new socket, I would rather not buy into an am3+ mobo for it then to just be made redundant by steamroller in the following year.

if i remeber correctly steamroller will be on the AM3+ socket (source: maximumpc mag), they wont make a new socket intil after steamroller most likely

I shall buy my am3+ motherboard now.

I would still be nice to hear from amd themselves saying so, because I still have my doubts :S
