Not to my knowledge. I believe the servers have been shut down. This means that all multiplayer is disabled. My friend and I used to play the co-op and we tried it a few months ago and we discovered that we could not sign in to access the multiplayer.
That's a shame back in my console days I did alot of multiplayer missions and lots of role play. Shame, forevor ARMA then
