Is now a good time for a fresh build?

Is now a good time to build an Intel based PC? What I mean by this is are there going to be any new Intel products including CPUs and Motherboards being released soon that will quickly outdate my current build im planning on (ex. A new chipset, new generation such as broadwell, etc..)? If so should I wait for these releases or just start my build thanks so much!

prob the worst time to build from scratch
intel is putting out skyline this summer which means new chipsets and a new architecture based on the 14nm process
wait for at least skylake and maybe the die-shrunk maxwell.
