The plan is to go 650W. I'm not sure this is enough though, what do you think? Do I need a 750?

Yeah 650w should be enough, but if you can get 750w for like $10 more go for it.
PS That motherboard is $100 with shipping on amazon.
looks good, yes if you can get a 80+ bronze 750 watt for a bout 10 dollars more then get it, it just give you more playing space, to add things to youre system.
about that mainboard, its a very good board, i have the evo version from this board.
