Is my gaming pc parts causing problems

hi everyone

im new here...so sorry if id did anything wrog

i already build a pc . in my country,stuff are pretty expensive here and i know didnt pick the best parts

here are the specs

fx 8350
asrock 970 extreeme 3 r2.0
sapphire 7870 xt with boost
ENERMAX NAXN82 650W 80Plus Bronze
wd blue 500gb
Value Ram F3-1600C11S-8GBNT / 8GB / 1600Mhz
nzxt source 210 elite

 

is there anything wrong with the specs because my frame rate for gaming is not very comfortable for me

for example hitman absolution with ultra settings and 4xmsaa...always dipp under 30fps ( dont know if this is the right fps that everyone with almost similar specs have)

already have updated the gpu drivers(13.2 beta)

also im planning on bying the xigmatek dark knight.....how much mhz can i overclock the cpu to 4.8 ghz

if not please recommend me another cpu cooler

looks like your getting pretty much what you should. this guy uses x2 msaa and high settings not ultra.

so its likely your card isnt strong enough to max out the game.
