Doesn't look too bad.
For the cooler the Hyper 212 Evo is better. More money but better.
I'd go with an R9 270 over the 750 Ti.
You prob don't need a ODD and you may want to look into getting an SSD.
Also take a look at this:

Little more and a slightly less powerful CPU (depending on the task) but better graphics and an SSD.
If you ditch the DVD drive you could easily get a 280
I need the drive temporarily to install items on disks
Do you have a disk drive right now?
no I had salvage the stepper motor out of the one I had for a DIY project.
You could ditch the cooler, stock is fine since it's a locked chip.
And then you could go with something like a core 1000, which will you save you enough to bump up the GPU to a 280.
If you can stretch your budget just a little bit more I'd pick up an R9 270 instead of that 750 Ti
Yeah decent enough - although I would look for a better gpu - (2nd hand so you stay on budget) - 7950/7970, gtx680/670.
or you could do something like this - am3 6 core build with a r9 280.

Hey I have a question, is there another motherboard, for a similar price you would recommend, there are a lot of people saying it has a BIOS problem with the USB 3.0. Stuff like that is kinda new to me and I have no idea how to fix something like that.
don't worry about it if ti does just send a ticket if it does cause any issues to the manufacturer and they will probably give you an rma on it. I looked up my motherboard that i have and it seemed to have issues with other people who have bought the same motherboard and its almost fine. The IO backplate shield does not fit with the motherbard and i have voided my warranty on the motherboard but at least the motherboard is cheap to replace though.
