Is it worth waiting for next gen GPUs

I would get the money ready for the GPU and watch for a good buy (ie at MSRP). Snap up the card when you can. I dont think mining is going away and the next cards, Navi and Volta will be sold out and price hiked.
System wise like many have said let Ryzen+ and the new motherboards come out and based on the reviews get the older stuff on sale or just jump onto the new gen Ryzen.

I was going to buy another GPU, but its the memory that costs a ton when you want 64gb on threadripper :sob:
