Is it wise to do this?

Basically, I have an ATX board in my pc. Four slots are occupied currently with Crossfire Video cards. The motherboard also had two PCI slots at the bottom one of them is occupied with a Wi-Fi card. The other is empty.

My Question is: Is it going to be good if I put a new soundcard in the spare PCI slot? I ask this beacuse the Wi-Fi card could potentially interfere with the sound from the soundcard, producing inferior audio quality.

Wi-Fi card: TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless 'N' Card (PCI)

Soundcard: ASUS Xonar DG

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H

Many thanks and sorry for you having to read all of my drone.
