Is it possible to put Android on lumia 520?

I was wondering if it was possible to put android 4.3 or higher (I basically know nothing about android .-. i would like to learn though) on a nokia lumia 520 (cheap ass phone, i will get a new one in a year or so). The main reason for this is because i would like to get a moto 360 and correct me if im wrong please but im pretty sure its only worth it if i can pair it with my phone :P

If it is possible to put android on my phone, how would i go about doing it?

I don't believe so, at least not yet (possibly not ever, windows phone being efi based and a closed platform).  There's an app that lets you basically skin it to look like android, but I think that's about it.  Sorry.  Maybe just grab a cheap android phone that's compatible with your carrier off ebay.

+1, Windows phone is locked, it's impossible to run anything else but Windows on it.

ok thanks guys c:

can we put android on a windows phone? that is a question i have asked myself for so long once i bought my htc windows 8

Just as a fun side note the old HTC HD2 could flash android even though it was WinPho 6.

But new ones seem locked.

I would love to put android or some flavor of linux on my sad little windows surface RT.  A brighter not to owning the surface RT is that it makes a nice little bed stand TV for bed time and its great for typing on in school.  Quiet and no clicking!

Yeah it would be neat to have Linux on these little windows devices. Give it time I'm sure someone will throw together some sort of hack.

To the OP,

As far as I know it's not possible, Microsoft is going out of their way to ensure only Windows can go on the device.
