Is it possible to dual boot with two M.2

Hey looking to build a new system at the end of the summer and I'm looking at Ryzen.
I found this mother board https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157758&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I noticed it has 2 M.2 slots and it got me to thinking, is it possible to dual boot with 2 M.2 drives?
I'd like to be able to get into linux because my Monoprice tablet monitor will only use pressure sensitivity with Blender in linux. (F-ing crap windows drivers.) But I still need Windows because I'm in college and 90% of the stuff I work with for college only works in Windows. (and also I prefer adobe product to the open-source alternatives)

Yeah you should be fine. Might need to hold F12 or whatever and select your drive though.
