i have a lot of sata1 hdd lying around and i dont have ani use for, so my question is: is it posible to use sata1 hdd on sata2 port?

yes sata 1/2/and 3 are comapatable just bare in mind sata 1 drives will be slow so very slow...

im thinking of using them for nas i have about 20 of 250gb and 10 of 500gb

Well if there that old thay are sata 1 thay are allready around a decade old i wouldn't trust hardwhere that old to be very reliable.
