Everything is compatible. I would look at getting the 3570K instead of the 3570, gives you some room in the future to impove performance.

Great job choosing parts, they look all really high quality. If the budget allows for it I'd get the 3570k and maybe a hyper 212 evo. Personally not my my first choice of case, but thats entirly objective.
