Is DisplayFusion a good investment?

I've recently invested into my second monitor, and I saw DisplayFusion on Steam and I was wondering what are the ups and downs of this software if anyone uses it. Is it worth $30?

NO! This is a great program, but the free version works brilliantly. No need to pay, just d/l at their website, let Pro trial expire then use the free version.

I personally consider it a must have for dual monitors, the second start bar and being able to bind different icons to the second monitor is really nice. Now, I personally acquired it in.. other ways but I've always been meaning to go pay up to get a newer version. Its wonderful. I also love being able to set different backgrounds to each monitor rather than repeating the img or having to find dual monitor wallpapers.

the free version restricts you on what you can do with it pretty bad though doesn't it?

Do you still get the full use of paying if you use the trial?

If I remember right they lock you out of a few things with the trial version, one of them being the ability to use two different desktop backgrounds. I don't recall the other downfalls, I'm sure their website lists them.

I have been using it for quite some time now and must say it really is a must have, I run 4 monitors here and it handles them beautifully, takes up little to no system resources at all, and has never caused an issue or crashed.

Did you buy the full version or get the trial. That's all I have to decide at this point

Just go download the free version and see if it works for you. If the Free version works for you then awesome. If you want the features that your locked from on the trial then buy it. Simple as that.

I have the free and can use two/more different wallpapers. the diferences brtween the free/pro versions resembel things like: a taskbar on every monitor - and every feature linked to having a taskbar on all/more than one monitor, and having a start menu on said taskbars, even with programs like startisback.

If you want a great free program, get the free version.

Comparison. You decide.
