Is cyber snipa sonar heaset USB 1.1 compatable?

Just wondering if a Cyber Snipa Sonar 5.1 headset would run properly using the USB port(s) on my tarantula, which are both 1.1.

the tarantula has a cable with 2 usb ports that attach to the computer (plus sound) and on the keyboard itself it has two usb ports which from what some reviews are telling me are both 1.1.

The Cyber Snipa Sonar 5.1 headset won't work. Â The normal Sonar headset will.

I guess that's fine though because it is a cheap headset and it does have a 3m cable.
