Lets face it, the Power Desktop user is becoming a thing of the past. In fact, Desktop computers are becoming a thing of the past. With that in mind, the few power desktop users are gonna get the short end of the stick with both AMD and INTEL, why should either company worry about us Power users when there are few of us left and not allot of money to be made.
Amd Played it smart, they are in the console business, as well as the graphics business, I am sure they are trying to get into the mobile market on a bigger way, and that is where most of there research and company cash is going. The desktop user's are just a after thought. Thats my 2 cents.
