Iphone help

So i have just updated to ios 8.4 and went online to find a jailbreak. I found it, so then when i go to plug my iphone into my pc it comes up with usb device not recognized. I dug a little further into my device manager resetting and installing drivers for my usb controller but to no avail. When i select the unknown device and select properties it says there was an erroe and code 43. I have tryed rebooting my iphone, updates, etc... however the weirdest thing is that my sisters iphone on ios 8.3 connects instantly so it is not a wire issue, which leads me to think its either my phone or the update. I tried my phone in another computer and the same result. I have reset the settings on the device to no avail but i dont really want to factory reset (seems like the only solution and i dont know if that will work either) Any help please.

PS: anyone good with monitors and sound check these please https://forum.teksyndicate.com/t/new-monitor/83183 and 83193

Perhaps you have windows 8/8.1 N?
If so you need to download the Media Feature pack HERE
HERE is the media pack for Windows 7 as well

Forgot to say it windows 7

The update has already been done

does your phone have a password?
Make sure that it is unlocked and you have seen the message allow this computer to connect? or something along those lines on the phone.
What motherboard do you have, perhaps you need to grab the correct drivers for your specific motherboard?
You can download CPU-Z to determine what motherboard you have. LINK

EDIT:
Also there was an iTunes update, go ahead and run Apple Software Update to grab the new version.

Did the itunes update already and it didnt help. Im using a asrock 990FX extreme 3

Have you downloaded all the driver from the website?
LINK to Windows 7 64bit
LINK to 32bit.
If you have not already I would suggest the AMD All in One Driver at the top and the Etron USB 3.0 towards the bottom of the list.
If you happened to download any of the AsRock Utilities besides the Extreme tuning utility, I suggest you remove them. They usually cause a lot of problems in my experience.

Perhaps restarting the Apple Mobile Device Service. Go ahead and start up Task Manager:
Cntrl+Shift+Esc Then go to the Services tab

Open Services at the bottom and got to the Apple Mobile Device Service and Stop it.

Once it stopped restart it.

Didn't work :( but thanks

downloaded and installed both, didnt work and then restarted the computer and that didnt work

Hmm, might just be the cable then, have you tried other cables?

Yes and the cable i am using worked with the other iphone
