Internet Disconnects

 For a few years my internet keeps disconnecting randomly (it can disconnect every 5 minutes or every hour but usually it happenes every few minutes) I have no idea what's going on I tried contacting my isp but it's awkward how I know more then they do, for example they asked me what color my router is (to find out what model is it O_O) and if I have my cables plugged in. Anyway they came over a few times changed my router and checked the cables but the problem persists. 

I have no idea what to do so you guys are my only hope, it's annoying as hell to try and play online games or even download something.

What's your isp? I have comcast and i have the same issue, just not as bad. Along with just REALLY slow internet with horrible bandwidth. For example if my brother in the next room is downloading a torrent, when i go on BF3 i have a ping of like 900.

I live in europe and the isp I have is like only here.... my ping is fine in most games but I lag sometimes for some reason most of the time it laggs until my internet disconnects

I had the same problem turned out to be the ethernet cable.

I changed it but no luck...
