Internet Connection Drops Out Often (Limited Time to solve)

I recently started to experience frequent drops in connections with my internet. It all started after I changed my IP Addressing Scheme to 192.168.1.X /24 to 192.168.128.X/24. I also had to disable DHCP on my server because it wasn't working properly because it wasn't handing out IP Addresses (PFSense if handling that right now). I also put a media server up now cause I needed more room for my media. I was going to do my live stream sunday night but I kept getting disconnected. Keep in mind this problem started to happen AFTER I changed my IP Addressing Scheme. Any suggestions? and also my ping times keep spiking up past 100MS which is horrible for live streaming

Update: Narrowed to my LAN. When I ping my router (The PFSense Box), the ping times are hitting pretty bad. over 100 ms i've been averaging.

I am interested as to why you would change the IP range to be like that. I would just change it back as there is no need to have it set up like that.

It's for my VPN, when I am on someone elses network, most of the time they use the 192.168.1.X t the network address thus making it impossible for me to get access to my server

Logs from Event Viewer:

I also looked at the event log as well and saw this:
"The DHCP/BINL service on the local machine, belonging to the Windows Administrative domain SKULL.LOCAL, has determined that it is not authorized to start. It has stopped servicing clients. The following are some possible reasons for this:
This machine is part of a directory service enterprise and is not authorized in the same domain. (See help on the DHCP Service Management Tool for additional information).

This machine cannot reach its directory service enterprise and it has encountered another DHCP service on the network belonging to a directory service enterprise on which the local machine is not authorized.

Some unexpected network error occurred."

Some of the warnings I got:
"The DHCP service has detected that it is running on a DC and has no credentials configured for use with Dynamic DNS registrations initiated by the DHCP service. This is not a recommended security configuration. Credentials for Dynamic DNS registrations may be configured using the command line "netsh dhcp server set dnscredentials" or via the DHCP Administrative tool." Code 1056

"This computer has at least one dynamically assigned IPv6 address. For reliable DHCPv6 server operation, you should use only static IPv6 addresses." Code 10020

"No DHCP clients are being served, as the Allow list is empty and the server was configured to provide DHCP services, to clients whose hardware addresses are present in the Allow List." Code 20098

Anything else I can add on? I'll have that topology done when I get home from college which will be around 4:30pm EST at the latest
