Internet Connection Constantly Dropping

I recently moved to a new house, that has network wires in the walls. At random times (I think), the Internet connection dropps. Not just my PC, but the whole house loses connection.

I am not entirely sure, but I think what's causing this is the TP-Link Network Powerline. Every time I plug it in, the connection dropps, but it also happened one time that the powerline wasn't plugged in.

Has anyone experienced this? Do you know how to fix this?

That may be something related directly to your ISP, i've had problems like this in moments when my ISP aquired another company and had to many people in the same channel
You can try and change the channel yourself or contact the ISP for some awesome time with a callcenter person and maybe fix it
If it doesn't help, maybe try it for some time without the tp-link device, but unless it is not well connected it should be a problem
