I ran across a very interesting article that gives a lot of insight into changes in tech policy we have been seeing over the last few years, and being ramped up in the background now that “the thing” is in the forefront. The article is well done, and though it has a link to the main document gained through a FOIA request, I’ll link directly to that also.
