im building a pc and im getting a intel i5 3570k and need a mobo. i was thiking about the asrock z77 extreme4 ( http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Extreme4/ ) but is cada old so what would you remend?

There is Nothing wrong with that Mobo at all. Its Great for overclocking if your into that and Works great with the 3570k. Its actually the same Cpu/mobo combination that I am currently running myself. I wouldn't shy away from the board at all.
