I am looking at the Arock j4105m-itx board.

This is a simple board with an embedded Celeron CPU and hardware decoders.
The board comes with a multitude of hardware decoders.
Unfortunately I have not been able to find any information regarding the performance of the decoders and linux.
The intent of this board is to act as a simple NAS, SAMBA server and Nextcloud as well as a media center (Kodi, and maybe plex) playing 4k content from a local media library.
Any information on this would be appreciated.
