Yes, AMD will release new processors eventually. Specifics are not known as of now.

As brennanriddell just said, there are already an absolute ton of videos on the channel about the 4th generation. The most recent video is practically the stress test capability and i'm fairly sure there was a graph in a video somewhere that compared it to previous generations.
