I want to know how do I enable Integrated load balancing on Windows 8
I have to internet connections and I want to download these games faster then what it takes me now
Load balancing and multipath-TCP are different things.
Load balancing is more of a redundancy/efficacy feature, but there are very few applications that can effectively use multiple TCP sockets combined.
For the moment, MP-TCP is only available on iOS and linux (Android and x86 distros), and only IF the applications are optimized for it. At this time, the only platform that has a reasonable amount of optimized applications, is iOS.
The chances of MP-TCP making it to Windows or Windows Phone, are extremely small to be honest. There literally has been no involvement by Microsoft at all in this kind of technology.
Connectify will allow you to combine connections for Windows. I've used the trial, it does work. It's kind of expensive now, though. You'll either need to buy it or find it another way.
