Intake or Exhaust for Single Fan?

I'm just wondering what everyone else thinks, I mostly do budget build for people that just want to surf the web and check email.  I normally use the Cooler Master Elite 430 for the case.

The case only comes with a single fan so I try and talk people into adding a second case fan.  The fan comes installed as an intake fan but if I am not adding a second fan I move it to the back as an exhaust fan.

I figure I would rather have an exhaust fan because it would pull hot air away from the CPU and keep it a little cooler.

So if you're doing a build with only 1 case fan would you put it in as an intake or exhaust?

exhaust but you would be geting very little fresh air to you cpu.

i do budget builds in these http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0074V2UXI/?tag=pcpapi-20 clean case decent air flow small size cant beat them for the price

I hate building in cases with a top mounted PSU.  I'd rather spend an extra $10 and get one with a bottom mounted PSU.

put the case upside down install the psu first jobs a gooden
