Installing Win7 to a SSD

So tomorrow i will start building my new gaming rig, i will have a 240gb SSD and 2T HDD.

Simply how do i install Windows 7 to the SSD?

Should i have them both connected at the start or just the SSD?

 

any help welcomed

You'll have the option of what drive to install Windows during the installation process.

I only had the ssd connected when installing windows then connected my hdd.
