ok so after hours of searching through google i came across this program called PLOP created by Elmar Hanlhofer
The program is capable of running usb, cd, network and even 3 1⁄2 floppy with no influence to the bios - you can run this program off as a bootable disk or to be placed as a mbr to have it like a grub boot- PLOP has support for both windows and linux i am not sure about mac as i don't own one
