Installing AMD Drivers In Mint 17.2, I'm probably just stupid

Hi, I'm just installed Mint 17.2. I need to install AMD Drivers for my R9 380 4GB but have not found anything helpfull on the internet. Is there anything I'm missing and what do I need to do to install them step by step. This is my first time. I'm probably just an idiot.

I just used firefox and clicked on the Linux driver at the amd website and it asked me if I want to use pkg installer. it worked ok but I cant do the same for crimson.
I saw people who live for Linux cussing AMD video drivers and just said forget this I stick with the catalyst fglrx somthin or other. Your not an idiot, just barve enough to step out into the unknown. Besides idiots drive trucks fer a livin:)

I followed this and it worked perfectly. Just remember to get super user permissions. If you are on Linux mint 17.2 Mate that would be

gksudo caja.
