I just discovered your youtube channel about a week ago and I've been enjoying it everyday, whether they're new videos or going through your backlog. So here's my first forum post ever for ya.

Looks interesting, I don't know a huge amount about this so feel free to yell and scream and abuse the hell out of me if this is a stupid comment, but I think in patent disputes, the party who own the patent need to actually prove it is part of a product or service, or actively in development as a product or service to successfully sue.
