So I was wondering if there's a software that benchmarks your FPS from in game, that then gives you the numbers once out of game.
Dude lots of games have console commands you can type and it can display in game, or ever heard of FRAPS?? A lot of the commands usually start out like this perfoverlay.drawfps 1 or something along those lines.
Yeah, not what I'm talking about. I'm more looking for something that can do Min FPS, Avg FPS, and max FPS.
Then no there are none but a few games that actually have that included with the game. Best shot is what i told you and you keeping an out for the frames.
If it's not possible I'd like to question how youtube channels are able to do it. Clearly there is a way.

I'm looking for a program that tracks the FPS of games in game, then gives a report once the game is over about the FPS numbers. I know for a fact that benchmarking sites don't pull the avg's out of their ass so there must be a way to actually track it.

And I am telling you that this is the way they mainly do it if the game doesn't have one natively. "Pulling out of their ass"???????? How is reading the in game fps draw some bullshit number?? Dude they take excel write down all the current numbers the fps draw displays adds them up divide them and get the avg. This is not any bullshit its simple math. I dont think there is such a program and if there is then you would have to pay for it. I don't get why you dont understand this...its simple really just eyeball the fps draw...works flipping great. Lol
Fraps can do that for you. You run your game and select the benchmark option in fraps and after a certain time that you set you get your results in a txt document of min avg and max frames if i remember good enough.

I haven't messed with FRAPS in a while, but I think there's a minmaxavg mode where it spits out a spreadsheet when you're done benchmarking.
IIRC MSI Afterburner might have something similar with the RivaTuner

maybe i am wrong but frostbites games only use this command and even some start with : render.draw fps 1
I didn't meant it as general thing..i meant it as sort of a definition for what i was trying to tell him or an example gosh why is everyone taking me so literally .
NZXT Cam does it as well.
