I would like some advice on what In-ears to buy for as mentioned in title, specifically House, Bass Boosted and bands like Beartooth, AWOLNATION, Slipknot, System of a Down, Pantera, BMTH, Capture the Crown.

shure 215se should fit the build. that bass response is the best i've seen so far. however there maybe better balanced armature driven iems out there atm. you're better off asking in a audiophile forum.
If you want something cheap that doesn't sound too bad, try the Xiaomi Piston 3s (review: http://theheadphonelist.com/headphone_review/xiaomi-piston-3-in-ear-earphones-review/ )
They are slightly v-shaped but not bass monsters. I bought them just out of curiosity and now use them a lot.
iFrogz noise isolation buds are really good. They're $10, sounds cheap, I know. But the audio quality is good and the base seems like you can feel it due to the rubbery buds causing a closed effect in your ear. Treat them well and they'll last. They have one major flaw... The buds are so easy to snag and fall off. At least the large ones are, which I use. Just have to be careful and pay attention.
HF5, Rockit R50, there are more, but those should work well.
