I'm not Sure which CPU Cooler

Hy Guys,

I'm getting a headache at the moment because i dont know if my motherboard, CPU-Cooler  and Ram will fit  together (space).

 At the Moment  i plan my new Computer System

I want to use:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

Please help me,  its my first own Build.  Will this  Parts will fit together (space) ?

 

(just for completion the other hardware on the board^^)

these parts should work together.

 it will be very close but it will fit less than a cm between the two (ram and cooler)

well close you say?  hmm  maybe  which cpu cooler, would be a better  choice (  good cooling too,  and   not so close to the Ram)?
