I'm not sure, but I think my logitech G600 is dying? Do I buy new?

i wonder if lowering the polling rate might mitigate it. The thing is I play other games with my g900 and never have an issue. its just wow with that particular mouse. I dont have keybinds setup to play with the g900 but i might try it later.

No I get what it is I just dont like it personally. I want a 1:1 movement regardless of speed. I havent hit a speed wall on any of the laser sensors I’ve used but I typically use a pretty low DPI around 1200 so maybe thats a factor.

I was thinking of a graph. How a laser one works with setting it and its either speed NOW or not.

Ooo wait whats the one youtube channel that does mouse reviews for quake

Ok I know what I’m looking for I think. RJN has videos on what to look for in sensors and indications of dying sensors. And I couldn’t remember terminology.

Because I bunnyhop and rocket jump in my games it will cause the sensor to “spin out”. Meaning, it shoots in a direction and forces a left or right motion. Optical sensors to this after physical damage where laser sensors do this after degradation of the sensor which just happens.

So because I do use the mice I have so much it makes sense that they aren’t up to task for me anymore. Good for normal use, just not for games anymore.

Def gunna go see whats on sale at stores locally. I could order online, and it could be cheaper, bu tI know what I’m looking for. Apparently Logi 402’s aren’t that bad so I might snag one, but I’ll weigh my options.

This has my interest.

Got a G602. The sensor it has, turns out, islike a great great grandson of the sensors I’m used to from years ago.

So. Review after a few weeks.

It was in competition with some other mice, but the sensor being familiar hooked me.

Also it being half price.

Having less bhop problems, but massive issues still with RJ’s. Maybe its KDE because prior to this netrunner install I haven’t had this issue.
