I already bought a graphics card Nvidia GT 640 (I know it's sad) for my old pc which im replacing and plan to reuse in this build.

I plan to over clock and play games on this rig, any suggestions?

And the specs of my 5-year old pc: (e-machine)

CPU: AMD AMD Athlon(tm) Dual Core Processor 4850e

RAM: DDR2 SDRAM 3GB

Motherboard: E-machine motherboard

GPU: WAS GeForce G100 512MB NOW GeForce GT 640

So you're using a 640 on the new build?...Ehh.

I'd get an 850 PSU, cheaper case, and 8G of ram instead of 16. Then throw on a nicer graphics card.

Allright, you say you plan to play games and overclock. The play games part is why I'm tossing you over to the Intel side, they're simply better for that and can satisfy your overclocking needs.

Get the 3570k: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504

Along with a mobo like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157295

The powersupply is mad overkill, get something like this Seasonic 650W Gold certed and be happy: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151088

Along with it get a HD 7950, GTX 670, or HD 7970 depending on what deals you find and what your real budget is.

And if you want to save money, drop down to 8GB RAM (you're probably not going to use it anyways) and a less beefy cooler. You actually don't have to degrade in cooling efficiency, the Noctua NH-D14 air cooler is just as good as the H100 and costs less.

intel is not neccessarily better at playing games, I have the AMD FX6300 and it plays everything i throw at it extremely well with really good frame rates.

I do agree with him on the powersupply, extreme overkill. I would also recommend it a 650w 80 plus.
