I've been trying that IP address with HL1 and the connection fails. Is it on a port other than default?
port 20716 for hl2 dm and port 20715 for hl1 dm .. hl1 may not be working its making me redownload and its a glacial download speed at the moment
Are you "The Killer!!!" on the hldm2 server by the way? If not you should ban him since he is hacking :P

Yes, it looks like hl1 is down. Even tries to connect on multiple attempts and fails.
