Ive been getting this error message for 2 days now and ive no idea why. i disabled all extensions in google chrome and yet nothing. now it lets me on google but wont let me on youtube.com... Am i being trolled by the NSA?!
Make sure your time and date is set correctly, they need to be correct to verify google's security certificates for SSL to work.
