Icon and dropdown terminal issues? Don't I have enough already?

When I enable icons on my desktop and when I try to use the drop down terminal that comes with Ubuntu Mate, it now locates itself way far right and up. Icons too.

They are acting as if they are being aligned with a monitor that is the same resolution as my main monitor.

My monitor setup is one 24" 1080p monitor in the middle, and two 1024x768 monitors on the sides. That's three monitors.

When I look at the little virtual desktop thingy on the bottom panel, on the far right, it shows that the terminal is aligning like it's at the top of the screen. But it's not. It's almost like my desktop extends PAST my screens. But my mouse can't go any higher.

If I unplug my left monitor, everything comes back to normal and my icons appear where they should and the dropdown terminal sits where it's supposed to. But when I hook it back up, it's back up to the top left beyond my screen and I can only see the bottom half, and part of it is in my main monitor.

If I switch my desktop manager to compiz it works fine. But then everything ends up fuzzy as hell like in my previous post. I've looked online and can't find jack squat. Please help!
