I was going to do Austin's $750 build, but after being on the forum, I decided to go with this, http://pcpartpicker.com/user/ItsRemy/saved/#savedbuild_339774 i personally think this is an excellent build for a $1200 AMD, but if you have to go with Intel, cant help ya there.
