Why is that?
a) Poor optimization
b) Amazing Games that require that level of computing power
c) "Next Gen" consoles are at their current state completely useless
d) Intel needs money NOW!!!!!!!
I don't see your point.
If you're here to bash consoles, yeah it's been like that for a long time.
Intel and AMD need money so they can focus on proper desktop PC improvements and not go mobile like the rest of the peasants.
