Just out of plain curiosity, do you guys think that an i7 4770 (non K) would bottleneck 4 GTX 780 Ti's in SLI? It's always fun to imagine having that.
Mostlikely will be bottlenecked by bandwidth the most. You would need an 2011 board for that.

Depends on resolution. At 4k you will be out of Vram, at 1080p any CPU will bottleneck
4-way SLI doesn't scale very well in alot of games-- due to teh need for profiles, ect. Its a bad idea. Save your money
