i7 920 vs Q9650

I know the Q9650 is more expensive. And 920 is more latest.


Also, I think the Q9650 has more cache.


But hypothetically speaking, both were clocked at 3.0Ghz , and both in the same setup. Which would have better benchmark?

If u are willing to spend a loads of money on a X58 board, then pick the i7.
